Fill out the eligibility survey and create an account on our site. This should only take a couple minutes.
Step 3
Virtual Exam
Supporting medical documents are required. If you qualify, you will be provided the OMMA Certification Document to complete the Oklahoma online card application.
Step 2
Book Appointment
Book appointment online and complete intake forms emailed to you. Please note a credit card is required to hold your exam with the physician, but you will not be charged immediately.
Step 4
Get Your Card
Login to Registry & Complete OMMA online application to receive medical cannabis card in 1-2 weeks.

Raw material and essential compounds are harvested from the cannabis plants. These components are then laboratory tested to ensure safety and effectiveness. Treatment centers may openly provide Certificates of Analysis for quality testing.
